Greg's work here is done. On March 28th, he was reunited in Heaven with his mom and dad, Doris and Trip Gesch. Always a big brother to Larry Gesch and Donna Gesch. As a family, we have many memories of enjoying mom's good cooking, dad's sense of humor, summers spent at Mt. Morris Lake and countless celebrations with extended family. Grizz had a passion for his work protecting the preborn. His heart was dedicated to the ministry he started, Alive 'n Kicking. He made a commitment in 1986 to dedicate his life to saving the lives of unborn babies. Even in his final days he talked of his wish that this ministry would be continued. He wished to thank and express his gratefulness to several of many people that made an impact on his life: Dr. Joseph Battista and Ella for their care and concern; Dr. Francis Cuevas and staff for their wisdom and patience; Al and Sharon Kolff for opening their hearts and home; cousin Susie Waldhuetter for all her love and help for many years; finally, his Divine Shepherd family and Pastor Dan Czech. A visitation will be held on Saturday April 14th at Divine Shepherd Lutheran Church, 9741 W Beloit Rd, Milwaukee, WI 53227, from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. followed by a Celebration of Life at noon. In lieu of flowers, donations made to the charity of your choice are appreciated."My desire is to depart and live with Christ, for that is far better." Phillipians 1:23
