Henry J. Erenz

Age 87. Born into eternal life on January 21, 2026. Loving husband of the late Nancy for 61 years. Cherished father of Erik Christopher Erenz and Kathie Phillips, and dear grandpa of Edith Christine Erenz and Ila Mae Erenz. Further survived by other relatives and many friends.

Henry was an avid bowler, proudly rolling a perfect game, and enjoyed golf and softball in his younger years. A lifelong musician, he played trumpet, baritone, and tuba from high school through adulthood, performing in several local oom-pa-pa bands. He gave back through Junior Achievement and served his church as an elder and usher. At home, he was known for baking fresh bread, mixing a mean Manhattan, offering help to strangers, and loving the many family dogs over the years.

Memorial Service will be at Emanuel Church UCC (10627 W. Forest Home Ave., Hales Corners, WI 53130) on Friday, February 6, 2026, at 12 noon. Memorial donations may be directed to Emanuel Church UCC or the Humane Animal Welfare Society (HAWS).
