Couillard, Howard Age 72. Passed away June 21, 2009. Survived by his wife Carol of 45 years. Preceded in death by his son David. Proud father of Cindy (Fidel), Daniel (Paulette), June (Lyle), Raymond, Johnny (Stephanie), Jimmy (Dawn). Grandfather of Kelly, Ricky, Tony, Jamie, Marco, Jacob, Justin, Tiffany, Shannon and Max. Great-grandfather to Taylor. Further survived by many other relatives and friends.
