Ione Deanovich (nee Harte), 88 years old, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on December 17, 2017. She had many family and friends by her side comforting her over the last several weeks. Born December 24, 1928 in West Allis, WI to Herb and Clara Harte, she was preceded in death by her daughter Dolyce Ann, her husband of 60 years Michael, her sister Beverly, and her best friend Sally. She is survived by her children Beverly Deanovich, Denice (Larry) Nycz, Michelle Deanovich, James Deanovich, and Joseph Deanovich. She is also survived by her grandchildren Bryan (Marie) Nycz and Andrea (Benjamin) Boeshaar and by her great-grandchildren Tyler, Stone, Anna Joy, Jackson, Alyson, and Ashlee. She is also survived by her childhood friend Ruth and her loving neighbors Ron and Milton along with many other wonderful family and friends.Ione enjoyed life. Her family was her passion. She found comfort in God's Word daily. She was a friend to everyone she met and could make a life-long friend in a matter of minutes. She left lots of love and memories which will last a lifetime. In death, her faith has been made sight and the joy of an eternity with Christ is now just beginning. She loved her "fur babies" and her most recent love Emmy survives her. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in her name to a local animal shelter, the Humane Society, or the ASPCA. A celebration of Ione's life will take place on Friday evening, December 22, 2017 at Hartson Funeral Home in Hales Corners, WI. Visitation will take place from 4-6pm with a service to follow at 6pm with Ione's grandson-in-law, Rev. Benjamin Boeshaar officiating. A private burial for family and close friends will take place at Wisconsin Memorial Park on Saturday.
