Irving Roland SchoenfeldAge 102, of Milwaukee and Greendale, passed away peacefully in the arms of Jesus on June 1, 2018, in Mequon,Wisconsin. Loving husband of the late Margaret (nee Tuchtenhagen), father of Kathleen Kruegel of Mequon, Wisconsin, and King Schoenfeld of St. Louis, Missouri. Beloved grandfather, great-grandfather and great-great-grandfather of 15. He and Marge were the first married couple to become residents of the newly-opened "Greenbelt" planned community of Greendale, Wisconsin. They were charter, founding members of both St. Luke's and Our Shepherd Lutheran churches there. Marge entered her heavenly rest in 2011. Irv, a life-long amateur photographer, artist, musician and DIY enthusiast, passed on his interests and talents to his children and their children. Family funeral at Hartson Funeral Home, Hales Corners,Wisconsin, on Tuesday, June 5, at 10:00 a.m.; visitation from 9:30 a.m until the time of service.
