James Everett Bryce, age 79 of Shorewood passed away Tuesday, August 1, 2023. He was born August 25, 1943 in Milwaukee, the son of Betty (Miller) and James Bryce.

James graduated from Riverside High School in Milwaukee. He married Jeanne Crivello September 14, 1963 in Milwaukee. James was a Financial Advisor, working at USF&G Insurance Company, where he sold insurance and set up pensions for over 20 years. He built his reputation as an honest business man and broker. Jim was a family man who loved his wife, children and grandchildren. He enjoyed fishing, golfing, travel, music and dancing.

Jim is survived by his wife Jeanne; children, Elizabeth (Michael) Marcott and James Jr. (Amy); grandchidren, Harrison (Colleen), Carly (Paul), Audrey, Margaret; his siblings, Susan (Don) Baron, Cathy (Gordy) Stortz and Craig Bryce, and many other family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents and sister, Janis Lopez.

A memorial gathering will be held from 11-12:45 pm, Friday, August 11, 2023 at Hartson Funeral Home, 11111 W Janesville Road, Hales Corners, Wisconsin.

A time of sharing will be held at 1:00 pm, open to all.
