Obituary

DeCleene, James P. 'Jim', age 73, born to eternal life October 4, 2013. Loving husband of Yvonne DeCleene, dear father of Jim Nevola, Jason DeCleene, and Jamie (Mike) Fabian, step-father of Darryl (Laura), Trent, and Tory (Ellen) Windorski, and Lea (Jeff) Stiggle, proud grandfather and great-grandfather. Further survived by his sister Sally Hamm, nieces, nephews, extended family, many friends, and his nephew and close buddy Randy (Sue) Helm. Jim will fondly be remembered by his wife, whom he called 'His Sweetheart' as a selfless man who was her best friend in every way, and she was his. To his children and step children he was more than a father. He was a friend, a mentor, and someone they looked up to. He was a man who loved people. Known by his friends as 'Farmer' or 'Uncle Jim' to the younger crowd. He was the 'Go-to-Guy.' If you needed a hand, help with fixing something, or just some advice, he was your man. If you wanted to hang out and chit chat or shoot the breeze and tip a cold one, he would always try to make the time. His quick wit and easy going spirit brought life to any party. His signature look was bib overalls, designed by the 'Fashion House, Farm & Fleet' and was not complete without a Harley Davidson T-shirt and one of his many favorite hats. Jim's passions included fishing, living life on the river, and taking country rides in his Ford pick up truck or on his Harley Davidson. He was a proud patriot and US Army Veteran. Jim touched many lives, made many smile, and will be dearly remembered by his wife, family, and friends.
