James C. WangerinLeft us on Jan. 3, 2016, age 93.  Leaves behind his wife Jean, son Carl (Nancy), daughter Lori, granddaughters Amy and Sarah, and extended family members Trudy Farrell and Tim Paasch.  Jim was a World War II Air Force Veteran, a long-term resident of Brookfield, WI and former owner of Franzel Electric.  Jim had many interests. Besides fishing, gardening, and playing Sheepshead, Jim's big passion was antique cars.  Many of his cars were in parades, weddings, car shows and one in a TV movie.  A private memorial service is planned.  The family would like to express their appreciation to the caregivers at Heritage Court Assisted Living – Menomonee Falls, who cared for Jim these last 2 ½ years.  Also a special thanks to the staff of Seasons Hospice for all the care given to Jim.  "Thanks, Dad, for taking such good care of us."
