Joined his beloved wife Teena in Heaven on May 8th at 88 years old. Beloved father of James, Jr. (Karen), Katherine (Lawrence) Miller, Joseph (Lisa), Jon (Traci), and Tammi (Kirk "Bud") Kotke. Proud grandfather of Haley, Jesse, Jamie, Wendy, Craig, Eric, Ryan, Scott, Ashley, Justin, Kyle, Jordan, Taylor, Kyler, Teagan, Grayson, Avery, and Gage. Great-grandfather to Logan, Alexis, Jeremy, Peyton, RJ, and Wyatt. Further survived by his brother Howard and sister Eileen, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. Proud veteran of 508th Airborne during the Korean War. Retired from the Milwaukee Railroad as a crane operator. A visitation will be held on Monday May 14th at Hartson Funeral Home, 11111 W. Janesville Rd. Hales Corners 53130, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. followed by a funeral service at 12 p.m. Burial to follow at Good Hope Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, all funds received will go to fund veterans services.
