Jay A. Borstad, Age 70. Found peace Saturday, April 15th, 2017 while being care for at Marquardt Health Care Center in Watertown, Wisconsin. Loving husband of Linda Borstad. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by his parents, Merlin and Erma Borstad. Private family services.
