Jeannine Eunice Lloyd (nee Lutz) was born to eternal life on December 29, 2017 at age 88. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband John, grandson Andy, and granddaughter Karen. Jeannine is survived by eight children: Lynda (Bryan) Guhr, John (Janis), Deborah, Pam (Scott) Dorenbos, Leslie (Gary) Pabich, Bob (Jenny), Rick (Tracy), and Brian (Julie). Her heart held a special place for her grandchildren: David, Krissa (Nick), Mike (Sara), Patty, DJ (fiancée Tracey), Mark (Cherie), Tracey (Jon), Mike (Clair), Jason, Matt, Chris (Jennifer), Tim (Kristin), Alicia (Nick), Eric (Emily), Evan (Caitlin), Ben (Beki), Betsy, Brady, Sam, Austin, Branden (fiancée Samantha), and Courtney. She was a proud great grandmother of 36 (soon to be 37), and is further survived by two sisters, Marcy and Audrey.Jeannine was born on January 16, 1929, in Detroit, Michigan. She lived a life of unwavering faith and ceaseless service. In 1948, she eloped with her college sweetheart, John, and was blessed with eight children over the succeeding 15 years. She reveled in managing a household of ten, and found time to complete a nursing degree while in her 40s. Her husband, John, was the light of her life and they shared 53 wonderful years of marriage. John's career and their eventual retirement led them to homes in four states, and she especially enjoyed 25+ years in the Sun City, AZ area.Music and the performing arts were a special interest for Jeannine. She sang with the choir in her church, and was a frequent performer in the dramas produced at her Arizona retirement community. She found that she had a way with words, and completed a number of novels in her retirement years.Her faith-life was a constant source of solace and inspiration for her and she was certain that an eternity of joy with her Savior and those who have gone before her was awaiting her. Visitation will be held on Saturday January 6th from 10 AM to 11:45 AM at St. Leonard Catholic Church, W173 S7777 Westwood Dr., Muskego, Wisconsin, with a Funeral Mass to follow at 12 noon.
