Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved father, Jerrold Leo Heidenreich (Jerry), who departed this life on April 8, 2026, at the age of 86.

Jerry was the devoted husband of the late Marlene Heidenreich, with whom he shared a lifetime of love, cherished memories, and enduring partnership.

Jerry was a loving father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He lived a long and meaningful life defined by love, strength, and unwavering dedication to his family. As a father, he provided guidance, wisdom, and steadfast support. As a grandfather and great-grandfather, he brought joy, laughter, and a sense of tradition that will live on through generations.

He will be remembered for his kindness, his stories, his quiet resilience, and the deep care he showed to those around him. His presence was a steady foundation for his family, and his legacy is one of love, integrity, and enduring values.

He is survived by his children, Stacy and Richard Duranso, Brady and Lisa Heidenreich, Kerry and Donald Franszczak, grandchildren, Shannon and Mike Miller, Heather and Thomas Fera, Austin Stevens, Katie and Lucas Nowicki, Johnny Duranso and Anna (Hayes), Michele Duranso, Matt and Stephanie Duranso, Brady J Heidenreich, Melissa and Jacob Dykstra, Amber and Conner Ryder, great-grandchildren, Isabella Miller (Cooper Kuemmel), Jaxon Miller, Caleb Miller, Viviana Fera, Stella Fera, Sarina Dykstra, Charlie Duranso Newman, Zoey and Benny Duranso, and, special puppy Sydney, and all who were fortunate enough to know and love him. Though he is no longer with us, his memory will remain in our hearts forever.

Jerry devoted his Career as an Assistant Directing Business Agent for the International Association of Machinists.
