Joanne West Lang, age 85, passed away peacefully on January 25, 2025 with her devoted family by her side.

Joanne was born August 17, 1939 to Ruth and Gardiner West. She is preceded in death by parents her sister, Audrey, and daughter Ann, and other family and friends.

Joanne was a loving mom to Barbara, Katherine (Bill) Lang-Sigfred, Ann and Nancy (Bill) Reinhard. In addition, Joanne was survived by her precious grandchildren Angela, Myles, Samantha (Tim) Remitz, Sydney and William.

Joanne was not only a caring mother and grandmother but also cherished her many pets. She loved all animals. We know she is in heaven with them all including her beloved horse, King.

The family would like to thank the many doctors, nurses and medical staff that helped her transition through life. The staff at Maplewood Healthcare Center were amazing during the last chapter of her life. Thank you for everyone's care and compassion. She will be missed greatly.
