Loving mother and grandmother, Jody Remiker passed away surrounded by family in her sleep on Wednesday February 10, 2016 after a heroic fight with cancer. She was 60 years old and a resident of Waukesha, WI. Jody was born in Oak Lawn, IL on October 30, 1955 and was a devoted special education teacher for the hard of hearing and deaf. Daughter of James and Sandra Post, Jody is survived by her four children Tracey (Todd), Matt, Amy (Matt) and Robert J. Further survived by her three siblings James, Martha, and David Post, and her six grandchildren Hailey, Maddy, Deven, Alanah, Theodore, and Ryley.  A private celebration of her life will be held by her family.
