John Armbruster (age 92)

Passed away peacefully on September 28, 2024 after celebrating his 92nd birthday the day before. Beloved husband and best friend for over 60 years of the late Yvonne Armbruster. Loving Dad of Cindy Beine (Jerry), Cathy Duncan (Don), Tom (Sue) and Tim (Brenda). Adoring Grandpa of Sarah (Jeremy), Stacy (Patrick), Matthew (Stephanie), Allison (Michael), Amanda (Ryan), Bryan, Jessica (Alex), Natasha (Jordan), Brittany (Ryan) and Justin. Precious Great-Grandpa of Jensen, Leighton, Emma, Evie, Brady, Aubrey, Annalee, Addison, Cameron, Blake, Savannah, Ayla, Hallie, Harper and Myla. Dear brother of Carol (Robert) Dombrowski. Special uncle of Steve Dombrowski who was one of his favorite visitors. Further survived by other relatives and friends including close family friend CarrieAnn (Dennis).

Family was everything to Dad. At every opportunity he would talk about his wonderful family of four children, ten grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren (plus one on the way). He was so proud of each and every one of them.

A huge thank you to the nurses at Accent Care Hospice Center for the compassionate care in his final days. They truly kept him comfortable.

Visitation at Hartson Funeral Home on Friday, October 4, 2024 from 3 pm to 5 pm. Funeral Service 5 pm.

Private interment.
