Hackbarth, John E., D.D.S. Age 63. Of Indianapolis, IN. Born in Milwaukee April 5, 1947, to the late Eugene and Helen (nee Ziemer). John found peace with his Lord Feb. 5, 2011. He will be missed by his daughter Marcia (Greg) Melton, and grandchildren Ava and Anderson of Indianapolis, IN; his twin sister, Luanne (Robert) Hassey of Wind Lake, WI; his nephew John Hassey, niece Jennifer (Ken) Rakas and great-nephews Jake and Alex. Also survived by aunt Ruth Young, cousin Joyce Hamm, many other relatives and friends. John graduated from Custer High School, Marquette University and Loyola Dental School. He practiced dentistry in Thiensville, WI, and in the Wisconsin Dept. of Corrections. Many times were spent swimming, boating and skiing at "the lake" as he grew up, and playing his guitar around the campfire. Time spent in Door County and camping with his family was another favorite pastime. He will be remembered for his love of music, mission work, his gift of "gab" and the question - "Should we go for Ice Cream?". John's family would like to thank everyone who had a positive impact on his life.
