Was born to eternal life on June 14, 2013. Age 66 years. He is survived by his loving wife Cora; his children Leslie (Brandon) Smith, Jaime (Marshall) Sorenson, John Jr. (Melissa) Dolan, and Mathew Dolan; his grandchildren Sydney and Zach Smith, Brooke Sorenson, Shane and soon-to-be Avery Dolan, and Abrianna Dolan; and his sister Joan Cook.
