Joseph Lawrence Bloomer, age 43, passed away in West Allis, Wisconsin on August 1, 2025.

He was born in Boulder, Colorado, to Diane and Joe Bloomer in 1982. He spent his early years living in Colorado and California until he moved with his family to East Troy, Wisconsin, where he spent his teenage years. He later moved to the Milwaukee area as an adult, where he spent the rest of his life.

Joe was a fun-loving, kind-spirited guy who loved making people laugh and was the life of the party. Everyone loved Joe and people were always happy to see him. He enjoyed spending time with friends and family. He loved sports and enjoyed watching the Packers, Brewers and Bucks, either at games or on TV. He also enjoyed playing golf. Joe adored and loved spending time with his niece and nephew.

Joe is survived by his loving mother, Diane Foster. He was the beloved brother of Christina (Brian) Griffin and the loving uncle of Brianna and Brayden Griffin. He also leaves behind a large extended family and numerous longtime friends. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Albert and Lucille Foster, and also Frank and Delores Bloomer.

He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
