Dear father of Mary Beth (Charles) Smalley, Gregory (Melanie) and Lynn (Sean) Kelly. Proud grandpa of Leigh and Kyle; Kodi and Eden; and Jake. Brother of Rosalie (Chuck Williams) Urbaniak. Nephew of Gladys Ebertowski. Further survived by a niece, nephews, great-nieces, other relatives and friends. Joe retired from General Motors and Briggs & Stratton.
