Katherine 'Katie' Stiyer, of Muskego, died peacefully at home with her family by her side on April 14, 2014, at the young age of 32 years. She was the loving and cherished daughter of Paul and Judy Stiyer and loving sister of Brett. She is survived by her loving grandparents William and Joan Stiyer and her special grandma JoEllen, and the late George Sternig. She is also survived by many dear aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends, and her best friend Melissa. Katie was loved by all who knew her, for her infectious personality and her perseverance to overcome. She will be deeply missed. The family would like to thank The Adaptive Community Approach Program of Waukesha, for all their love and support , Froedtert Hospital & Cancer Center Staff, Care Wisconsin, Visiting Angels Caregivers, MedaCare Van, Vitas Hospice , and most of all, the family and friends who offered their love, help and support over the years, throughout her illnesses. Visitation will be held Monday, April 21, 2014 from 4 to 6 PM at the funeral home. Service to follow at 6 PM. Private interment at Highland Memorial Park. No more hospitals sweet Katie, you are with the Angels now.
