Kenneth ("Ken") A. Thierfelder Ken passed away peacefully, Tuesday, March 27, 2018 at the age of 92. He was born in Milwaukee, on October 30th 1925. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 71 years, Dorothy. He married his sweetheart of 78 years, Dorothy June, on June 23rd, 1945 in Houston, Texas while Ken was serving in the United States Army Air Corps. He had a passion for music since he was 7 years old and always loved a good musical at the Fireside with his wife.He was the loving dad of Cheryl (John) Batchelor, Susan (Larry) Holmes, Heidi (Dan) Moshinski. Cherished grandpa of Heather (Brian) Anglim, K. Robert (Christine) Batchelor, CJ (Shelly) Batchelor, Holly Moshinski, K. Steven Moshinski, Margo-Ann (Tracy) Turner. He was preceded in death by his grandson, Zachary Moshinski. Dearest grandpapa of 11 great-grandchildren. Visitation Sunday, April 8th, 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM, Hartson Funeral Home, 11111 W. Janesville Rd, Hales Corners. A tribute to Ken's life will be given by his grandchildren, with a service at 3:00 PM. Private interment at Arlington Park Cemetery. The family would like to extend special thanks to all of the nurses at Maple Ridge Rehabilitation Center and St. Luke's ICU.
