Leonard E. Rothbauer., 78, went peacefully surrounded by family and was reunited with his loving wife Sharon on June 4, 2014. Beloved father of Paula (Doug) Bruins, Brian (Emmy), Brad (Cheryl), and Beth (Todd) Crooks. Proud grandfather of Adam (Rhiannon), Megan, Jordan, Dylan, Austin, Kailey (Sam), Keira, Kalina, Alec (fiancée Brenna), Jacob, Kennedy, and Brady. Great-grandfather of Eli, Jozalynn, Isaiah, and future Baby Bruins. Cherished brother of Lawrence (Nancy), Geraldine, and Annabelle. Also survived by special family friend Marlene Bialek. Further survived by other relatives and friends. In addition to his wife Sharon, Leonard was preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers, and 1 sister. He was a proud electrician of Miller Brewing Co. Special thanks to the staffs at St. Luke's Medical Center, West Allis Memorial Hospital, and Zilber Hospice for their compassionate care. Visitation will be held Saturday, June 7, 2014 from 9:30 AM to 11 AM at St. James Catholic Church, 7219 S. 27th St., Franklin, WI 53132. Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM. Private entombment in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Memorials may be designated to American Leukemia and Lymphoma Society or The Blood Center of WI.
