MUKWONAGO - (Nee Nilsson) Passed away on Monday, January 3, 2022 with her husband and mother by her side at the age of 58.

Beloved wife of Richard for 23 years. Beautiful daughter of Richard and Bonita Nilsson. Sister to Michael (Dr. Elizabeth) Nilsson. Most loving and devoted mother of Jennifer (Bryan) Constantineau. Step-mother to Eric (Jennifer) Husckstorf, Aaron (Amanda) Huckstorf, and Emily Van Scoy. Grandmother to Tyler and Ashley Kurowski and to Toby, her grand-dog. Step-grandmother to Hailey, Eryn, Krystyna, Kaytlyn, Ellaina, Colton Huckstorf and Addison Van Scoy. Aunt to Abigailand Anneka Nilsson.

Lisa was raised in Muskego, WI, with her brother Michael by her loving parents, Bonita and Richard Nilsson. She graduated from Muskego High School in 1981. She later graduated from nursing school and worked for more than 30 years as an LPN. She was forced to retire due to declining health.

Lisa and her husband Rick enjoyed her last years working at their country property in the rural town of Vernon. She was a consummate entertainer and liked nothing more than to host large dinner/pool parties; always intent on making everyone feel welcome. Lisa enjoyed traveling with family and especially her recent trip to Hawaii. Fishing trips to Canada were also a favorite.

She was very giving, with Locks of love-donated hair multiple times. She was an organ donor after death.

Special thanks to the staff at ProHealth Care Mukwonago ER and to Dr. Rozansky and his wonderful nursing staff in the SICU at Froedtert Memorial Lutheran Hospital.

Lisa will be dearly missed by her many friends and extended family, especially Shirley and Bob Inman and her friends in the Mustang Car Club as well as all her card playing pals.
