Lorraine C. Foster (Nee Lutgen) passed away peacefully on September 24, 2023 at the age of 89. Lorraine was born in West Allis, WI. She was married 67 years with her husband, Herbert. She had a beautiful life and settled into their home in Waukesha, WI where she raised her family. She loved her family tremendously and smiled being surrounded with her kids, grandchildren, and family dog(s). She will be remembered for her marshmallow fruit salad and for her tenacity. She graduated from college with Bachelor of Arts, swam laps diligently, and gifted countless works of art. Her family has fond memories of playing Scrabble, waterskiing, and being in the pool every day. She always lit up when she had a dog by her side.

She was preceded in death by her loving mother (Madeline) and daughter (Lynn). Survived by husband, Herbert Foster, and children; Larry (Petra) & Loren (Kari) Foster. She loved her family and was blessed with grandchildren; Jennifer, Tyler, Kyle, Rachael, Brady, and Kaylin. She also had great grandchildren; Kiernan, Riohlan, and Adaline that she was able to share her love.
