Michaels, Lorraine "Laurie", born to eternal life March 16, 2014. Loving wife of Floyd Michaels for 50 years, caring mother to Bruce and Melissa (Matthew Stebbins), devoted grandmother to Julia and Teagan Stebbins and Christopher Michaels. A devoted registered nurse for the city of Milwaukee for 33 years at Milwaukee General Hospital. A person of many talents and passions; quilting groups (guilds) as per Kathy Engel, Wandering Foot, Inc, Hearthside Quilters Guild, and Crazy Quilters of Mukwonago. She served on the board of Wisconsin Quilters, Inc. was a member of Waukesha Old Car Club, and the Vintage Chevrolet Club of America. She will be missed by all. Services will be at St. James Church, 830 County Rd. NN East in Mukwonago on April 9, 2014 at 2 P.M. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Mukwonago Community Library, 511 Division St. Mukwonago, WI 53149 as Lorraine was an avid reader.Service:St. James Church, 830 County Rd.
