Lucille H. Foster (Nee Skalecki)Age 95.  Born to Eternal Life December 10, 2016.  Loving wife of the late Albert.  Beloved mother of Cheryl (Robert) Budgins, Diane and Dale (Barbara) Foster.  Proud grandma of Jacqueline Corso, Christina (Brian) Griffin, Joseph Bloomer, and Steve Madson.  Great-grandma of Brianna Griffin.  Further survived by other relatives and friends.   Preceded in death by family and friends.  Special thank you to the staff at Atrium Senior Living of Two Rivers at Northland Lodge for their compassionate care.  Lucille was a long-time member of St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church in East Troy, WI.  An interment service is being planned for June 2017.
