Age 90. Passed away on October 30, 2021.
Beloved wife of Ralph Tischer for 68 years. Loving mother to the late Donna Tischer, Tom (Sabina) Tischer and Tim (Lisa) Tischer. Dear grandmother to Stacy (Byron) Elkins and Kate Tischer, as well as great-grandmother to Zoey Elkins.
Lucille was preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence & Henrietta Kinney and sisters, Arlene (Russell) Brown & Lorette Franckowiak.
Lucille loved to travel with Ralph- their many trips to Las Vegas and later to North Star were her favorites. She was known for her parties and loved to entertain at their home. Lucille sold Avon for 30 years and before that she enjoyed her time with JCPenny.
