Obituary

Margaret "Margie" M. Starck (nee Konkol), born May 17, 1936, entered eternal life peacefully on May 17, 2025, on her 89th birthday.

Margie was a manager for Tupperware for many years. She was member Women's Auxiliary of the Willey-Herda Post No. 192 of the American Legion and the Red Hat Society. Mom enjoyed traveling to many great destinations with her late husband, Gordy.

Cherished and devoted mother/mother-in-law to Gail Edstrand, Kenneth (Brenda) Bembenek, Donna (Michael) Kirkvold, Thomas Bembenek (Michelle Pezzi), and Randy (Jamie) Bembenek. Loving grandmother to Rebecca Kuntz, Tyler (Erin) Kirkvold, Chad (Tracy) Edstrand, Robin Bembenek, Thomas Bembenek and Justine (Shane) Bembenek. Special great-grandmother to Ariel, Alexandria and Mason.

Survived by her siblings, Dolores (late Dennis) Tuskowski, Thomas (Barbara) Konkol, Patricia (late James) Diggles and Patrick Konkol, loving nieces and nephews, and many other relatives and friends.

Now reunited in heaven with her husband, Gordon Starck, parents, Helen and Stanley Konkol, her cherished sister, Ruthie (Eckendorf) Nikolai, grand-daughter, Jenna Brandt, and many other relatives and friends.

Margie's legacy of love, faith, and devotion to family will live on. She will continue to shine in the hearts of all who were fortunate to know her.

In honor of Margie please wear her favorite color purple. In lieu of flowers, monetary contributions appreciated to Alzheimer's Association.

Visitation at the funeral home on Friday, June 13, 2025 from 1 pm to 3 pm. Funeral Service 3 pm.
