Deeken, Marilyn J. (nee Carroll), 86, of Brookfield was born to eternal life March 17, 2013. Beloved wife of the late Frederick for nearly sixty years. Loving mother of Michael (Hanneke), Barbara (Fritz) Finzen, Philip (Delia), Sharon (Gary Graff), Edward (Mary) and John (Karin). Proud grandmother of 14 and great-grandmother of 3. Dear sister of Carter (Phyllis). Further survived by extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Marie (Carter) Carroll. Marilyn was a wonderful mother, grandmother, and friend to many. She loved all children, and they loved her. Visitation will be held from 10-11 a.m. Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at St. John Vianney Catholic Church, 1755 N. Calhoun Rd., Brookfield followed by a Funeral Mass at 11 a.m. A memorial service and inurnment will be held a later date. The family extends their profound gratitude to Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare-Franciscan Woods in Brookfield for their compassionate, loving care of Mom.
