Marjorie Ruth (Haas) Malko age 80, passed away peacefully on Saturday February 24, 2018. Marjorie was born in Racine, WI to the late Edward P. and Carolyn (Reichert) Haas. She was a proud 2nd generation graduate of St.Catherine's High School Class of 1955. Margie also received her Bachelors of Education from Quincy College in 1959. She enjoyed children and was an amazing 2nd grade teacher. Marjorie met Richard Malko, the love of her life and they married in 1962. She later became a fulltime devoted mother of 3. She loved to read, play slots, bowl, do crossword puzzles, sing and travel. Margie and her husband Dick of 45 years lived in WI, CA. PA, WA, AZ, and MS throughout their incredible marriage. In addition to her parents, Marjorie was preceded in death by her husband Richard W. Malko, son, Bill Malko, son-in-law Mike Manley and grandson, Andy Lampman. Additionally, her brothers, Greg Haas, Gerard Haas, John Haas and sisters, Audrey Haas, Diane Cook and Rosemary Jansen. Many other relatives and friends too numerous to mention by name. Marjorie leaves behind to cherish her memory her daughters, Ginger Manley, Carolyn Silber and son-in-law Mark Silber, and daughter-in-law Becky Malko. Her grandchildren, C.J. Lampman, Blake Seyferth, Bryan Lampman, JoAnna Malko and Alexandria Malko. As well as 4 great-grandchildren Kolbi Lampman and Ace Lampman, and Raya Silber and Lyle Silber. Margie will be dearly missed because she was so deeply loved. Funeral Services will be held 3/21/18 at St. Alphonsus Church 6060 W. Loomis Rd. in Greendale, WI. Visitation at 10am, Mass at 11am. Luncheon to follow. The family will hold a private burial at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery on 3/22/18 where she will be with her devoted husband.
