Marlene J. Hintz, age 89, passed away peacefully on October 25, 2025.

Beloved mother of David (Michaelene), Doug (Char), Steve (Chris), Rick (Cathie) and Kathy (Tom) Feely. Proud grandmother of Kristi, Timm (Christy), Annie, Garrett, Chameron (Jenna), Nate (Tiffany), Nikki, Rob (Steph), Scott (Chrissy), Christine (Matt) and Katie (Kyle). Cherished great-grandmother of Noah, Jaxson, Makayla, Dylan, Luke, Logan, Nolan, Callie, Liam, Colin and Evelyn, and great-great-grandmother of Madilynn, Hunter, Leland and Noah.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Roger, and many other dear family members.

Marlene lived a full and vibrant life. After many years of dedicated service, she retired from Kohl's, where she was known for her hard work, warm smile and friendly spirit. Never one to slow down, she went on to earn her real estate license and founded Deluxe Homes, finding great joy in helping others discover and build their dream homes.

Marlene will be remembered for her sass, quick wit, love of country music and enthusiasm for a good card game. She was also an avid game show fan, rarely missing an episode of her favorite - Family Feud - and always ready with her own answers. Her laughter, warmth, and strength will be deeply missed by her family and the many friends whose lives she touched.

A celebration of Marlene's life will be held at Hartson Funeral Home on Monday, November 3, 2025, with visitation from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., followed by a service at 1:00 p.m.
