Marlene Genevieve (Sebastiani) Morgano passed away peacefully on the morning of January 4, 2024 after 86 years filled with love.

Marlene (Gen to her loving husband of 60 years, Charlie, who passed in 2020 and Nana to her adoring grandchildren and great grandchildren) was born and raised in Chicago Heights and raised her own family in Milwaukee, where she was a dedicated nurse, a loving wife, and a beloved mother to Mark (Liz) and Paul (Sandy), grandmother to Anthony (Ody), Nikko (Megan), Allison and Zachary, great-grandmother to Archer and Hayes, aunt, and friend to many.

A lover of flowers, art, books and food, she was always ready with a quick-witted joke and something delicious to eat, never afraid to speak her mind and always making family of anyone who sat at her table. She will be missed and remembered for her humor, her delicious cooking, and the warm glow of her love by countless family and friends.

The family would like to thank the nurses and caregivers at Forest Ridge Senior Community for providing such excellent care. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Recreational Adult Day Program (RAD) at WAWM Recreation & Community Services Department.

A visitation will be held at St. Mary Catholic Faith Community Church, 9520 W. Forest Home Ave., Hales Corners, WI 53130 on Saturday, January 27, 2024 from 10:30 am to 11:45 am. Funeral Mass 12:00 Noon. Inurnment to follow: St. Mary Catholic Faith Community Church Cemetery.
