Mary Ellen Davis, 83, died peacefully with her family by her side on September 27, 2013 in Milwaukee, WI. She was born November 3, 1929 to George and Mary Ellen Coyne Harden in Ottumwa, IA. In 1947, Mary Ellen graduated from Ottumwa High School. On September 5, 1948, she was united in marriage to Jack H. Davis. He died on September 5, 1997 after 49 years of marriage. Loving mother of Deborah (John) Noggle, Chris (Anna) Davis, Lisa (William) Long, and Dee Ann Davis; beloved sister of Patricia Fabritz; cherished grandmother of Michael and Kyle Davis, Patrick (Samantha), Christian, and Alex Noggle, Sam (Andrea) Long, Macey and Ellen Davis; sister-in-law to Jim (Genny) Davis, Jerry (Joan) Davis, Jon (LuAnne) Davis, and Vicky (Neal) Telford; daughter-in-law of the late Russell and Lucille Davis of Ottumwa, IA; She is further survived by many nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, October 19, 2013 at 11:30 a.m. at St. Luke's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 6705 Northway, Greendale, WI 53129
