Entzminger, Mary Ann  (Nee Berg)  Age 91.  At peace December 12, 2016.  Preceded in death by her husbands, Raymond Perszyk and Jack Entzminger.  Loving mother of David (Lyn) Perszyk and the late Robert Perszyk.  Proud grandma of Amy (Tom) DiPiazza, Megan (Philip) Pockat, and Anna (Chris).  Great-grandma of Izabella, Charlie, Riley, and Henry.  Further survived by other relatives and friends.  Visitation at the funeral home on Friday, January 13th from 11 AM to 1 PM.  Funeral service 1 PM.  In lieu of flowers, memorials to AngelsGrace Hospice/Oconomowoc appreciated.
