BROOKFIELD - (Nee Brahm) Age 73. Passed away peacefully while surrounded by her loving family on September 8, 2024.
Loving wife of Bruce. Beloved mother of Andy and Todd. Proud and loving Nana of Mitchell and Jaymie. Dear sister of Jane, John, Mike, the late Jim and the late Jeff. Further survived by other relatives and friends.
