Parker, Merle E. Age 72. Died peacefully on January 31, 2010. Loving husband of Nancy for 46 years. Dear father of Ann-Marie and Patti (Michael) Parker Markgraf. Loving granddad of Abigail, Jessica (Patrick) and Sarah (Craig). Brother of Carol (Lowell) Williams, Janice (Michael) Nowling, Donald (Kathy) and Ray (Billie). Brother-in-law of Beverly Parker, Joanne Londo and Bobbi Broeniman. Preceded in death by his brother, Jerry and brothers-in-law, Lonnie Moore and Roland Londo. He will also be missed by numerous nieces and nephews, and many cherished friends. Merle proudly served with the United States Army working with guided missiles as a sergeant. He retired in June 2008, as a property assessor. He was an avid sportsfan. "Two boys and a ball, and Merle was there." The family would like to thank the staff at the VA Hospital of Milwaukee, the Community Living Center, and the Spinal Cord Unit, for the loving care and support given to Merle.
