Ostergaard, Michael Q. Age 65. Passed away Nov. 4, 2011, after battling cancer. Preceded in death by his wife Barbra. Survived by daughters Jody (Vincent) DeMarinis, and Kelly (Peter) Leslie, and granddaughters Olivia, Nadia, and Lillian. Mike is one of 5 children of Dorothy Ostergaard, including sisters Lori and Sherry, and brothers Al and Jim. Mike grew up in North Dakota. He served as a Marine in the Vietnam war where he earned a National Defense Service Medal, and a Vietnam Campaign Medal with a Purple Heart. He loved his family, fishing, boating, and enjoyed traveling in his RV.Cemetery:Interment at Union Grove VA Cemetery.Visitation:Visitation will be held at the funeral home Tuesday, Nov 8, from 5 to 6 PM.Service:Service will follow at 6 PM.
