Of Hales Corners passed peacefully on Tuesday, April 11, having courageously faced cancer.     His long career in the food service industry included valued contributions at the Cousins Subs chain as trainer and consultant to operators of outlets nationwide.  He greatly valued the work of teaching skills and business practices that helped real people to succeed.      Admired and beloved in our extended family, he is survived by brother Jim and sisters Chris (Chuck) and Peggy (Rolland), and known and loved as Uncle Mike by nieces and nephews of two generations: Suzanne (Keoni), Jenny (Todd), Jacob (Whitney), Cathy (Archie), Rex (Caryn), Shantelle, Casey (Beth), Noah (Monica), Marcella, Sophie, Rolly  (Karen), Samantha (Peter), Makena, Mahealani, Mara, Reid, Cade, Alison, Frankie, Jax, Boaz, RaeAnn, Armella, and Rook.  We cannot list his many sorrowing friends.  Preceded in death by his parents Tom and Mary Jane, and brother Joe.     Mike enjoyed golf, blues and rock music, and all that he gave to us.     Join us for Celebration of Life at Wehr Nature Center (in Whitnall Park, 9701 W.
