Kubacki, Michelle J., 47, born to eternal life February 9, 2015.  Loving mother of Dion (Mel), Donovan, and Samantha, dear daughter of Patricia, loving sister of Kevin (Deb), and Kerry, dear aunt of Joseline Leona Rose Kubacki, and further survived by nieces and nephews and friends.  Preceded in death by her father, Stanley and a brother, Keith, and her paternal and maternal grandparents.  Visitation at the funeral home Monday, February 16, 2015 from 5-8 P.M.  Funeral service 8 P.M.
