Preceded in death by her Husband, Eugene, her son Noel Peters, Grandson Michael Peters and her brother Ronald Paulsen.

Loved and cherished mother of Todd Peters, Kirt Peters, Cory Peters, and Laura (Ron) Drea.
Proud grandma of Austin, Abilene, Eric, Jessica, Morgan, Riley, and Alison.
Blessed with 3 great-grandchildren.
Further survived by other relatives and friends.

She loved fiercely and gave of herself without limits—a devoted mother, grandmother and friend whose generosity knew no bounds. She found joy in life’s simplest moments: long chats, the comfort of being barefoot, reading books, and the presence of those she loved. Her heart was open to all, embracing both people and animals with the same warmth and kindness. She also shared a special bond with her beloved cat, Grayson, who brought her comfort and companionship.

She had a special love for babies, always keeping a stash of stuffed animals tucked away in her closet, ready for any little visitor who might stop by. She adored the color purple, a small but constant reflection of her vibrant and warm spirit. Her famous shrimp salad was a staple at every gathering, always requested and always made with love.
A true homebody at heart, she found her greatest happiness in the familiar and the close-knit. Though she traveled abroad only once—on a cherished trip to Denmark in 2009 with her daughter Laura—it remained a treasured memory.

Though she is gone, she will never be forgotten. She made a true impact on everyone who had the pleasure to meet her. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. We take comfort in knowing she is now reunited with her husband, Gene; her son, Noel, and her brother, Ronald, all of whom she missed terribly. She will continue to love us and watch over those she held dear from afar, and we hold close the promise that we will meet again in heaven.

Services for Myrna will be held April 10, 2026 at Holy Assumption Catholic Church-1525 S. 71st Street in West Allis, Wisconsin
Visitation from 10:00 to 11:00 am with a service to follow at 11.
