Age 82. Born to eternal life on November 5, 2017. Preceded in death by her husband, Stanley Kubacki, her son, Keith Kubacki, and her daughter, Michelle Kubacki. Loving mother of Kevin (Debra) Kubacki and Kerry Kubacki. Blessed with grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Further survived by other relatives and friends. The family wishes to thank Samantha, a loving granddaughter who took very good care of her grandmother over the last several years.
