Pearl R. Holsen, 92, passed away at Lexington Heritage Assisted Living on August 12, 2025.

Pearl was born to George and Esther Leslie on April 26, 1933 in Philadelphia, PA. Her family soon relocated to Chicago, IL, where she grew up.

Pearl was united in marriage to David C. Holsen on July 2, 1966 at Epiphany Lutheran Church in Racine. They had three children who survive her, Deanna (Bryan) Schneck, Rebecca (Danny) Moore and Benjamin (Amber) Holsen, 11 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren

Pearl worked as a registered nurse and volunteered in school when her children were enrolled. She was a Lutheran Girl Pioneer leader. At the time of her passing, Pearl was a member of St. Jacobi Lutheran Church, Greenfield.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, siblings and a granddaughter.

Thank you to Lexington Heritage and Brighton Hospice for their care at the end of her earthly life. We look forward to a heavenly reunion as she told everyone she came in contact with about Jesus.
