Pedro Bustos Martinez, fondly known as Pete, passed away suddenly on Friday, March 23rd with family present, at the age of 61. Pete was a loving husband, best friend, and beloved father and grandfather. Pete was especially known for talking with everyone and anyone, his contagious laugh, and warm smile. He was the president of Memories Car Club, which became another family to him. He was a die-hard Packer fan and lover of country music. Although he made fond memories with everyone, some special moments that will live on in our hearts forever include adventures of turkey hunting, chilling by bonfires, jokingly asking for other people's money, relaxing and fishing up north, and walking his daughter down the aisle on her wedding day. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife and best friend Laura Martinez, son Jason (Stephanie) Martinez, daughter Jessica (Andrew) Rackowski, son Josh (Sam) Martinez, and grandsons Ryden, JR, and Weston. Pete will also be remembered by his mother Delia Martinez, sister Diane (Jeff) Wroblewski, god-daughter Brenda Wier, Dale Wier, many other nieces and nephews. His friends will also hold many great memories. Pete was preceded in death by his father Pedro Martinez, his sister Annie Garcia, and father-in-law Richard Sageser, Sr. A visitation will be held on Friday, April 13th from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Hartson Funeral Home, 11111 W. Janesville Rd. Hales Corners, WI 53130, followed by a memorial service at 5:00. Memorial donations in memory of Pete can be made to Laura Martinez.
