Penny June Fredrick (nee Utt)Age 56 of East Troy, WI passed away on July 30, 2016 in the Town of Vernon. She is survived by her husband, Steve Fredrick, age 55, her two sons, Jeff Thompson, age 35, (wife Dana) and Anthony Fredrick, age 29, two granddaughters, Gwen, age 13, and Alice, age 4, her siblings, Kenneth Utt (wife Carlyn), Linda Beckstrom (husband Conrad), Thomas Weston (wife Sherrie), and Debbie Velasquez.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Marvin and Shirley Volkmann and sister Kathie Barfknecht.  Penny was born June 22, 1960 in Shell Lake, Wisconsin.  Penny and Steve married on August 11, 1985.  Penny was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.Visitation Saturday, September 24th, 2016, 3 PM to 5 PM, Hartson Funeral Home, 11111 W. Janesville Road, Hales Corners, Wisconsin 53130.  Memorial service at 5 PM.
