Richard Rowland Barloga, 73, of Hales Corners, passed unexpectedly April 7, 2014. Dear father of Beth Oberdas (James) and Jeffrey Barloga (Kelley). Proud grandfather of Olivia, Chloe, Caleb and Samantha. Dear friend of many. Co-founder and land manager of the Milwaukee Area Land Conservancy (MALC). Richard was a well-known naturalist involved in numerous ecological projects. He will be remembered for his work and passion protecting beautiful landscapes.
