Loving husband of Julie (nee Hart), proud step-father of Thomas Gawloski, and proud father of Isabella, Ryker, and Delilah Flasch, dear son of Pete and Sandy Flasch, and cherished brother of Stacy (Steve) Neitzel. Further survived by extended family and friends. Preceded in death by a brother, Christopher. Visitation at the funeral home Wednesday, September 4, 2013 from 4 until 7 P.M. Memorial service at 7 P.M. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Rick's family.
