Ondricka, Richard M. Dr. Born into Eternal Life on Thursday, January 21, 2010. Beloved husband of Cindy (nee Lynch), for 33 years. Loving father of Jason, Haley (Dan) Croak and Shaylen. Brother of Kitty (Chuck) Boutell. He was preceded in death by his parents Tony and Carol. He will also be missed by many other relatives and friends.
