With profound sorrow, we mourn the passing of Richard Phillips. Born on 1/21/1940 in Rockford, IL. to Emerson & Dorothy (McDonald). Survived by beloved sister, Donna (Graham) Reynolds, neice Julie (Steve) Schneider, nephews; David and Gary Graham, longtime companion, Dennis Piasecki and many relatives and friends. Special thanks to Danny Babb for all his help and support. Visiation Sunday 1/27/2013 from 2 until 5 P.M. at Unitarian Universalist West, 13001 W.
