Our husband, father, friend, and mentor passed away peacefully at home on May 21st 2026. His final days were filled with family, fellowship, and prayer. He passed the same way he lived his life — with dignity, strength, and deep faith.

While his body was failing, his mind remained as sharp as it was through all the years we were blessed to walk alongside him. His wisdom, leadership, and steady presence never left him and lives on.

He is survived by his loving wife of 68 years, Nancy Campbell, and his four children Deb, Wendy, Thomas Guy (Annette), and Robert Jr. (Rebecca). Further surviving him are his grandchildren Megan (Bret), Katrina (Colin), Rachael (Mark), Ryan (Jade), Natalie (Evan), Joshua, Thomas (Emily), and Robert III; his great-grandchildren Rella, Edgar, and Maverick; and his sister-in-law Judy. Bob will be fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews, and everyone who considered him a friend.

Preceding him in death are his parents Thomas Guy and Grace Campbell, and his brother Tom.

We invite all who knew and loved him to join us in celebrating his life on Wednesday, May 27, at Hartson Funeral Home (11111 W Janesville Rd, Hales Corners WI, 53130). Visitation will be from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, with a service to follow at 1:00 pm.
