Bob Gillis, 74, formerly of Sturgeon Bay, WI died Tuesday, October 20, 2015.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert O. Gillis and Margaret (nee Birr) Gillis.  A loving husband of Janice (nee Buksar) Gillis for 46 years, passed away at Zilber Family Hospice in Milwaukee, WI after a year-long battle with cancer.  He is survived by his wife, and two children, Sam (Tina) Gillis of Waukesha, WI and Lori Gillis Brady along with four grandchildren, Noah, Seth, Max and Bella Brady, all living in Douglasville, GA.  After proudly serving in the Army, Bob worked as a customer service rep in the trucking industry until his retirement in 2008.  He enjoyed collecting baseball cards and "coaching" the Packers, but his top priority was praising God and serving his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.  His selflessness and friendly smile will be greatly missed by all who knew him.  Visitation at Faith Bible Church, 4175 S. 112th St., Greenfield, WI on Sat., Oct. 24, 2015 from 12 noon to 3 PM.  Celebration Service 3 PM.  In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family will be greatly appreciated.  Burial will be private.
